If you read the Pantagraph article from this past Monday, a local periodontist (a specialist in gum disease) states that he does not know of any periodontist that uses a laser. I want to reply that I know 79 periodontists that are using the exact laser I am using. I was trained to use the laser by one. This same local periodontist says the laser is not "evidence based." I flat out say that is wrong. Strong conclusive evidence has existed for many years. I suggest you go to www.millenniumdental.com if you are interested in more information.
